Hello there, Newgrounds, sorry that I've been radio-silent, l have to be in the mood to do these long news posts.

-HALF-LIFE COLLAB-

The Half-Life Collab deadline was pushed to December 31st, so that the animators can finish their parts. There have been alot of people dropping out, or needing more time to animate. Plus we also would need some time to edit everything together. So I'd that the finished collab will possibly come out sometime in early January, but don't hold your breath on it, please.

-BIRTHDAY FRIDAY (NIGHT FUNKIN')-

In other news, my birthday is going to land on Friday, December 11! I'll be turning 18, and super excited. (And a little scared.) I might make a new PFP, to go with it. :>

-ORIGINAL ANIMATION-

So, what about animation? Well there's been a few ideas swirling in my head, but I'm still thinking about how everything will be put together. I've also been trying to get used to Clip Studio Paint's animation timeline. Really, I just feel scared to animate, because I want it to turn out good...

Hey guys here's an update on the Half-Life collab, the deadline is going to be extended from November 8, to the 21st. We have to do this because some of our animators are dealing with school/work related troubles, making it difficult to make progress on their animations. Please stay patient with us, and I hope ya'll have a nice day.

Hey guys, here's an update.

After over 3 years of using Adobe Animate/Flash, and Photoshop, I've finally decided to move on. I was getting tired of dealing with Animate's frequent crashing, shitty brush lines, and other limitations. It's been fun using these programs, but I think it's best for me to move on to Clip Studio paint. I still have alot to learn about it's different features, but I don't think it's that bad. It feels pretty similar to Photoshop. The only thing that sucks, is that there's no tweening, for backgrounds, so I'll have to do that in Premier, or I'll have to learn some basic After Effects.

Hope ya'll are having a good day, and in the meantime, I'll be working on a new drawing, in this is program of mine. :)

somethings been.... bothering me about my animations for a long time now... and I don't know what it is. Maybe it's my boiling lines, or my backgrounds? Maybe my anatomy? I don't know... I look at other people's animations, and they look so clean, and smooth, my animations look choppy, and messy, and it bothers the HELL outta me. It doesn't help that that Animate has really strange vector lines...

Does anyone have any suggestions? I know the best thing to do is practice my draftsmanship, but that's more longterm.
